Highgate Infant School STARS Radio 2008
The STARS Study Centre worked with Highgate Infant School to produce
a radio show for anti bullying week.
The STARS Study Centre was invited to Highgate Infant School on 19th November 2008 to make a radio show – ‘Being Different, Belonging Together’ as part of the National Anti-Bullying Week Campaign. We worked with 10 fantastic children from Y1 and Y2 together with their parents for a morning. The children had prepared work for us to use and were all really keen to record their voices using state of the art technology, allowing us to capture poems, phrases, songs and nursery rhymes. Multicultural influences came from Portugal, Lithuania, America and England, with everyone having a fun time and enjoying the singing which was really LOUD! The parents were invited to the STARS Study Centre to help edit the radio show and the final show is fabulous, but don’t take our word for it, have a listen…. |
